How to use

1. After brushing, rinse the scraper with water.
2. Place it toward the back of your tongue, as far as is comfortable.
3. Press lightly and pull it forward. Rinse and repeat 2–3 times.
4. Wash with warm, soapy water and let it dry.

• Use gentle pressure – it should never hurt. Stop if your tongue feels sore.
• Use alongside, not instead of, brushing, flossing and regular dental checkups.
